Today was Thanksgiving Day. This was a time to be grateful for what you got. I'm thankful for my family, whether we're whole or not. I'm thankful for my life. I also thank God for His renewed mercies everyday. I didn't know how weird this Thanksgiving season would be. My dad didn't go to the dinner with the family because he didn't want to be seen sad. That morning though we had a big breakfast with awesome food. We watched the Packers @ Lions game. The Lions were beating themselves up. Of course the Packers won now with an 11-0 record. Then the Dolphins @ Cowboys game came on. I only saw the beginning of that one though. The game was close but the Cowboys won. When we got my grandparents' house around 5pm or so, we ate. OMG WE ATE! I had a nice full plate too. All the while I was waiting for the 49ers @ Ravens game to come on at 8:20. They called it the "HarBowl" or the "Battle of the Brothers". This was a game that we were playing the Jim Harbaugh who was John Harbaugh's younger brother who coached the 49ers. The game took off with full force. Our defense was on point the whole game. Not one TD was given up. 9 QB sacks; Terrell Suggs had 3 to himself. The game was a tough defensive battle the whole time. We had the only touchdown in the game which was an 8-yarder to Dennis Pitta. The game ended 16-6. It was a good game with a lot of highs and minute lows. It was intense! LOVE MY RAVENS!
